Refund & Exchange Policy
We want all of our customers to be completely happy with their orders, and we strive exceedingly hard to make that happen. We also understand that sometimes, things just aren't right.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT
You must reach out within 24 hours of receiving the order and include photos of any damage incurred. We will review the provided documentation and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
Incorrect or Missing Item
Hey! Sometimes we make mistakes, and we will always do our best to make it right! Send us an email at: Info@Zumbladee.com, Subject Line: Incorrect or Missing Item, and include your Order Number, along with a photo of the item received and/or the name of the missing item(s). While we may not be able to guarantee your exact item is replaced (sometimes stock runs out on certain products), we will resolve the situation as best we can!
Damaged In Transit
We get it! Shipping can sometimes be rough! Send us an email at: Info@Zumbladee.com, Subject Line: Damaged In Transit, and include your Order Number, as well as photos of the item you received and any damage to your order along with damage sustained to the packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot cover replacements for items damaged or broken after delivery.

- Gift Cards
- Apparel (as these items are made to order, unless the completely wrong item has
been shipped to you.) - Sale Items
