Do you ship internationally?
At this point, we do not. But we hope to add that availability shortly.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
At this time, our shipping turn around is 2-3 business days.
How long does it take for my order to arrive once it’s shipped?
Shipping times are based on the carrier. Sometimes the postal carrier runs into unforeseen delays (i.e., Weather, Traffic) that could delay the time in which your package is delivered.
What do I do if my package was marked as delivered but I can't find it? 1) Check all areas around your house and the mailbox (front porch, side porch, or delivery center if you live in a complex that collects mail all in one location).
2) Ask anyone else in your household if, by chance, they brought it in for you. (How nice!)
3) Check with your neighbors (especially during inclement weather...they may be acting, well, neighborly), or your can ask your mail deliverer where he/she left it.
4) You can also call your closest USPS location, give them with your tracking number, and let them know it says your package was delivered, but you aren't able to find it. They have a pretty cool GPS system that should be able to locate where they show it as being delivered.
What to do if you think your package might be lost?
USPS considers a package is lost if it doesn't arrive within 30 days from being shipped. Please wait the 30 days (we know it's tough), and if it still hasn't arrived, feel free to email us at Info@Zumbladee.com, Subject Line: LOST PACKAGE?, and we will do our very best to find a solution for you! If you purchased package insurance at checkout, we will happily replace your order (if supplies are available) at this time.
What if I receive the wrong item or a damaged item?

Can I apply a discount code after placing my order?
Sadly, No. Discount codes must be entered at checkout. Once your order has been processed through our site, we have no ability to apply a discount to an order at that point.
Can I combine shipping if I place multiple orders?
We aren't able to combine multiple orders once they are placed. Each order is processed separately to ensure it will ship as quickly as possible.
